Special furnaces

The development of special furnaces started at SCR in 2007, when a French fighter aircraft manufacturer was looking for a manufacturer capable of processing a strategic part in one of its furnaces.

At that time, we equipped a chamber furnace with our latest innovative products : Datanit nitriding probe, SCADA supervision system, gas generator and incinerator (NH3 cracker).

Thanks to our consulting service, we obtained compliant results. These very conclusive tests led to the order of a custom-made furnace complying with aeronautical standards.

Based on specifications and/or tests with parts, we carry out a pre-study and/or metallurgical tests in our laboratory. The aim is to offer you a comprehensive standard or customized solution.
